As we have mentioned above K & O jewellery UK is a small, family-owned business and the jewellery we offer for sale is designed and handmade by us. Because our jewellery is handmade and open to customisation, we do not keep stocks of jewellery pieces. Rather each jewellery item is usually handmade to order. This inevitably means a delay between you placing your order and you then receiving the items you ordered. We do try to make this delay as short as possible but it is always dependent upon how many orders we have as we make items in the order we receive them.
We aim to make and send out items within 7 working days, however this is not always possible. If there is likely to be a slightly longer delivery period we will try to contact you via the email address you have provided.
Once an item has been sent, we will again try to contact you via email.
Please allow 1-3 working days for postal delivery to the UK, 4-6 working days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the world. However, delivery times in individual countries will vary according to the speed of the local postal services.
The price for postage and packaging for orders to the UK is £0, to Ireland and EEC Europe is £4.95 and to all other oversea destinations is £6.45. Postage and packaging costs are non-refundable. These costs remains the same regardless of how many items your order contains. We use First Class Recorded Delivery for all UK orders over £30. You will be required to sign for your parcel upon receipt. All overseas orders are sent by Recorded Airmail where possible.
Please contact us if you do not want your order to be sent Recorded Delivery. Unfortunately, if you choose this option we cannot guarantee your items will be resent should they go missing in the post.
If your order is sent by Recorded Delivery (items over £30), we will include the Royal Mail tracking reference in the email informing you your order has been dispatched. Recorded Delivery items require a signature upon receipt. The courier will usually try to deliver the goods twice, often on two days in a row. If you are not available to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you to contact your local depot or Post Office to arrange collection.
We are happy to accept returns on all damaged items or mis-shipments. A copy of the original invoice must be accompanied with your return. Please contact us prior to sending back any items so that we can deal with your query as swiftly as possible.
